As of 26th May 2021 Optimum are blocking all Scrabble game emails sent from our mail server's IP Address 72.26.108.16

Please email Optimum telling them that your player opt-in to receive Scrabble game emails are NOT spam. The more of you who do that, the sooner they will resolve their issue. If Optimum tell you to turn off their anti-spam filter Spam Scrub, tell them that does not work.

You can email Optimum at optimum@mailca.custhelp.com quoting "Outage number 591364" in the Subject line and ask them this:-

Why are you blocking my player opt-in to receive Scrabble game emails, as:-

"550 5.7.1  Your mail from IP 72.26.108.16 was rejected. There are too many DNSBL-listed hosts in the /24 network surrounding your host" ?

Also tell them this:-

That site, and its game, have nothing whatsoever to do with spam. Their mail server's IP Address is:-

72.26.108.16 its return path e-mail address is thepixie@web.its-your-turn-to-play.com

Please stop blocking my player opt-in to receive Scrabble game emails.
